Open and transparent with planning
Their ability to keep us motivated.
Great team and culture at PrivCo. Lots of progressive changes in the last year.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to communicate better and make effective decisions. There are too many directions this company is trying to go in. Pick one and stick to it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like see compensation equal or at least come close to market rates
I feel I’m not being paid market for my responsibilities.
Getting paid market or options granted are marketable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Challenging but lots of fun
Culture and collaboration with everyone
dedication, hard-working, culture, camaraderie and passion
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We have great co-workers. Unfortunately they are sick and tired of the lack of direction and leadership in the company which makes for an unpleasant work environment
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People and willingness to move fast and accept feedback
Positive is the staff, Negative is the CEO. Need someone more experienced.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership and change starts from the top. We need a C Level Executive that can create and foster positive change. We do not have that now at any level. The only one capable of this type of change is our CTO
Need a CEO with leadership skills, knows how to manage and not afraid to make decisions.

The culture of this company needs to improve before anything can change. Change starts from the top (CEO)
