- What does the leadership team need to get better at?They need to communicate better and make effective decisions. There are too many directions this company is trying to go in. Pick one and stick to it.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I would like see compensation equal or at least come close to market rates
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Leadership and change starts from the top. We need a C Level Executive that can create and foster positive change. We do not have that now at any level. The only one capable of this type of change is our CTO
