We have great co-workers. Unfortunately they are sick and tired of the lack of direction and leadership in the company which makes for an unpleasant work environment
Leadership and change starts from the top. We need a C Level Executive that can create and foster positive change. We do not have that now at any level. The only one capable of this type of change is our CTO
Need a CEO with leadership skills, knows how to manage and not afraid to make decisions.
