ProMach Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

401k matching is the best part.

the bonus structure is very high

Good base with the potential for a lot of commission. I like the opportunity to earn more

Review from Sales Dept

The base pay and the commission structure.

Review from Sales Dept

The salary and insurance benefits.

Review from Sales Dept

It is a competitive pay amount

401K match and PTO time

Fair pay for the position

Review from Engineering Dept

I am paid on time and they never miss a pay period.

Review from Sales Dept

There are a few things that I would like to see added but what I am offered seems to be average. Meaning that I am not left lacking.

Review from Engineering Dept

Salary and PTO. I like the fact that PTO is very flexible and for the most parts you can take the PTO when you need and want.

Review from Engineering Dept

Generous PTO allowance and 401K plan

The 401k employer match and PTO plan are great

Review from Engineering Dept

I like the 401K Match

Affordable insurance compared to smaller companies.

Review from Sales Dept

401K Match and bonus opportunities

PTO and benefits are above competitors offerings

Providing annual raises and reviews to all employees.

Review from Engineering Dept

The quarterly bonus, which we have to earn.

Being able to pay my bills

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel well valued but I am ambitious and want more.

Review from Sales Dept

I feel undervalued because when i have a personal issue or need a bit more attention from leadership it is not adressed properly

Review from Sales Dept

I do the job of multiple people due to being short staffed and am not compensated for it. Also inflation has resulted in my previous raise being more of a pay cut than a raise.

Review from Engineering Dept

I think I have a strong work ethic and am consistently helping with tasks inside the department that do not always fall in my job description.

I do not feel undervalued as a person/member of the team. I love my job, the people I work with, and the work environment. I do however feel underpaid for the work I do. I do not make a livable wage on its own.

as a salaried employee i am expected to work at least my 8 hours everyday even if my work is ahead. My compensation reflects a 40 hour work week but i am averaging around 50 hrs a week. If we are salaried we should be treated like we are responsible enough to get the project done on our own hours.

Review from Engineering Dept

Although clear goals are set, we are consistently asked about the status of quotations and when PO's can be expected. However, there is no financial incentives for us to meet or exceed these goals.

Merit raises are not keeping pace with inflation. Management needs to seriously consider increasing compensation to retain talented and experienced employees.

Review from Engineering Dept

Yes. Pay increases that reflect not only true cost of living increases but the amount of work performed. "Great job on another record year! Three years in a row!...sorry best we can do is 3% pay increases with '9%' inflation."

Review from Engineering Dept

Get thrown into a lot of different day to day activities/departments, but am not valued by certain coworkers or management.

Review from Sales Dept

As experience and education advance, so should compensation and position. There is a need to keep up with inflation as well.

Review from Engineering Dept

Management says they care but they dont show it.

During hiring process I have asked for certain salary and benefits, I was told they are not out of budget (salary) / not possible (3 week vacation). Now that I lead team of 14 people, I learned that a person in my team has more salary then me. Some new hires have more then 2 week vacation offered

Accomplishments and goal achievements are looked over and not sufficiently recognized

Review from Executive Dept

Feeling stuck in a position with lack of opportunity for advancement. Given additional responsibilities while seeing additional management positions created adding to the structure.

Review from Sales Dept

To be payed at the same rete as other in the same field.

The amount of work and responsibility don't seems to match compensation.

Review from Engineering Dept

better pay or little bonus

Is not enough to live but my superiors are reviewing currently. Zalkin has less compensation than sidel where I use to work. There is no end of year bonus or saving fund.

Training is not given to prepare me for the jobs I do. More of it
