The management and direction of this company are not good. They focus on the wrong things and don't address anything to actual improve the company but expect different results and more sales. I am convinced upper management doesn't really understand how this company operates.

I love my job and every new challenge it brings my way. I also know that it will never be valued like some others in this company. If you are not in sales and service then you are a nobody and pay and pay increases show that very loudly.

my work load is heavy
Quality is not a priority. Timelines are too aggressive. Management is too prideful to admit mistakes or acknowledge good ideas. There is little to no incentive to do a good job. Make quality a priority, use realistic timelines, and reward people for good work and/or ideas.

Stop speaking about us as a team when we are clearly not a team. Some are very much a team and many could care less. Give people, especially management, the ability to work 40 hours and have life outside of Shuttleworth. Good work/life balance makes for happier employees

I am often not listened to and my time is not valued. I have to fight to serve my customers and even then i am not able to make good headway.
