What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership team does not understand what leadership is.

Hire some more people in the assembly dept. These are the people that make the company money.
Listening to their direct reports. There are people who have been at Shuttleworth a long time. Some on the leadership team need to understand our product better. Some have been here a while and still don't know how or where to direct efforts.

I feel well valued but I am ambitious and want more.

I feel undervalued because when i have a personal issue or need a bit more attention from leadership it is not adressed properly

I do the job of multiple people due to being short staffed and am not compensated for it. Also inflation has resulted in my previous raise being more of a pay cut than a raise.

I think I have a strong work ethic and am consistently helping with tasks inside the department that do not always fall in my job description.
I do not feel undervalued as a person/member of the team. I love my job, the people I work with, and the work environment. I do however feel underpaid for the work I do. I do not make a livable wage on its own.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of my coworkers are great some of them are hard to work with and do not like doing there jobs.

Attitude and communication and get rid of the individual and bring back the TEAM. Understand that we rely on each other and not to work against each other for personal reasons.

Do not rush through a job with the bare minimum of design or effort

Better individual attention and actually caring about each and every employee equally.

Management needs to be more aware of the problems employees have to deal with
Leadership team members showing up on time for meetings and staying for the whole meeting. Every time a VP shows up late or leaves early for a meeting, it's very disrespectful to the remaining attendees. Leadership team listening more to their team.

again, if we were treated like actual salaried employees and not hourly

Dealing with poor management that has no clue what the needs of the employees are and not trying to take care of our customers.
Too often management presents is no clear path forward

The company is simply average in what it does without excelling in anything. Limited manufacturing, suboptimal organization, assembly is delayed from missing parts, engineering is mixed with different levels of experience. The company needs to focus on each area individual and improve beyond average
