Jeffrey Lisenby J.D. — Head of the Corporate Legal Dept, Executive Vice-President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at ProAssurance Corporation

Mr. Jeffrey P. Lisenby, J.D. has been General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of ProAssurance Corporation (also called as Proassurance Corp) since January 1, 2006 and 2001 respectively. Mr. Lisenby has been an Executive Vice-President at ProAssurance Corporation since 2014 and also serves as its Head of The Corporate Legal Department. Mr. Lisenby served as a Senior Vice President of ProAssurance Corporation since December 2007. Mr. Lisenby joined Medical Assurance, the predecessor to ProAssurance, in 2001 and served as Vice-President and head of the corporate Legal Department since the creation of ProAssurance. Prior to joining Medical Assurance, he was in private practice in Birmingham, Alabama and served as a judicial clerk for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. Mr. Lisenby is a member of the Alabama State Bar and the United States Supreme Court Bar and is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter.
