A mix of people who have been here a long time and really know the product and newer people who bring fresh eyes to the industry.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We've tried really hard to bring together people who have a strong work ethic and want their contribution to the company to actually mean something.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Quick access to the CEO and the people on the team I'd be managing. Upfront about the culture and the challenges we'd be facing after two years of chaos due to the pandemic and the changes in our industry because of that.
