What I love best about this company is the attention to making the experience of the employees and the customers special. We don't just check a box here. We really try to raise the bar on the work that we do. Every day is a challenge but that means we're doing something difficult and worthwhile.

A mix of people who have been here a long time and really know the product and newer people who bring fresh eyes to the industry.

Commitment to each other and to the mission. It's hard work in this industry and we all feel strongly about holding each other accountable when we try new things.

Feeling like a part of something that is important and sometimes challenged in the marketplace but knowing that at the end of the day we're going to figure our way through it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Quick access to the CEO and the people on the team I'd be managing. Upfront about the culture and the challenges we'd be facing after two years of chaos due to the pandemic and the changes in our industry because of that.
