Our leadership team is completely transparent and they make themselves readily available. I feel strongly that our leadership team makes decisions that are in the best interests of the client, company, and employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone here takes an interest in each other as well as the business. Everyone genuinely cares at Homelight and we support each other daily. Everyone is approachable and willing to help every time.
What makes you most happy at work?
The positive work environment, our amazing leadership team, the relationships I have with co-workers, the catered food, the great new office, the continued forward momentum, and the amazing growth we see on a daily basis.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was seamless. I received a quick response. They did what they said they would do. I interviewed with a few different managers that were more interested in me as a person than my resume.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The culture here at Homelight is second to none. Everyone here works well together and we are all working together to make Homelight a better place. I've never got along better with a team in my entire professional career.
