Our leadership team is outstanding! They're very genuine, humble, transparent, strategic, reasonable and transparent. Throughout my nearly 20yrs in the workforce, I have never worked for a company with leadership this amazing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Putting people first, and not being dirt bags. Most people here take care of each other as a family unit. The company and leadership are very focused on doing the right thing for employees, customers and community alike. Compliance, ethics and customer/employee experience are top priorities.
