What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Positive are the engineers who get it and happy to work on things with you.

We are swagalicious! We are celebrated and recognized and swagged out with awesome and very cool stuff. Not just cheap stuff - GOOD STUFF!!! (wireless JBL headsets, jackets, PRIDE swag, Harry & Davids Fruit baskets, gourmet chocolates, some got Minky Coutures, and more!

Openness to hear ideas from many perspectives

We have a family feel at Progressive Leasing. Almost everyone is willing to help and everyone seems to get along and enjoy being around each other.

Putting people first, and not being dirt bags. Most people here take care of each other as a family unit. The company and leadership are very focused on doing the right thing for employees, customers and community alike. Compliance, ethics and customer/employee experience are top priorities.
