What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication between eachother is non existint very buddy buddy system
Executive leadership needs to be better at keeping leadership for the teams below them. Culture, genuine care for their employees isn't there anymore and it is showing through attrition.
This is a boys club that lacks diversity. There are two black senior leaders. One is new and disconnected while the other is spineless and fraudulent.
Theres a serious lack of diversity. The only two black senior leaders arent enough. One is new and disconnected while the other is spineless and embarrassing. She is not an ally to anyone!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair pay for hybrid work option
retirements, birthday day off, holidays, monday - friday
The raises are yearly but significant so far.
We are rewarded Quarterly with a Bonus vs once a year. Long term incentive is generously given

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Been there 5 years and only make 40 cents more than a rep walking in on the first day
Feel under valued with the type of communication that comes through both product and tech leadership. Truthfully the. CIO is what is holding this company together tech-wise.
Companies with less are giving more. These companies value their people. Progressive only values their consumer.
Theyll drown you with swag instead of paying for fairly.

Positive are the engineers who get it and happy to work on things with you.
We are swagalicious! We are celebrated and recognized and swagged out with awesome and very cool stuff. Not just cheap stuff - GOOD STUFF!!! (wireless JBL headsets, jackets, PRIDE swag, Harry & Davids Fruit baskets, gourmet chocolates, some got Minky Coutures, and more!

We have a family feel at Progressive Leasing. Almost everyone is willing to help and everyone seems to get along and enjoy being around each other.

Culture is lost, Fair compensation isn't there, a lot of bad communication and vague reasons as to why people are leaving the company.
The new regime is going to ruin this company. I havent seen it get better since arriving.
