Sadly the newest executive level leadership (except for the CIO) no longer care for their employees. Many promises and unfortunate items are swept under the rug. Employees from Engineers all the way up to SENIOR DIRECTORS of engineering are leaving. Company can't keep their majority of employees.

My team's always has each-others backs when working.
What did you like most about the interview process?
11 years ago it was simpler and less paper work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive are the engineers who get it and happy to work on things with you.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Culture is lost, Fair compensation isn't there, a lot of bad communication and vague reasons as to why people are leaving the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Feel under valued with the type of communication that comes through both product and tech leadership. Truthfully the. CIO is what is holding this company together tech-wise.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Executive leadership needs to be better at keeping leadership for the teams below them. Culture, genuine care for their employees isn't there anymore and it is showing through attrition.
