There isnt a culture. It is so bland and forced.

Coworkers are all out to get to the top. The butt kissing im witnessing is gross.

The new regime is going to ruin this company. I havent seen it get better since arriving.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Theres a serious lack of diversity. The only two black senior leaders arent enough. One is new and disconnected while the other is spineless and embarrassing. She is not an ally to anyone!
