The income low and the price in the country very expensive

They don't prioritize that every benefit but only technical advisors, let them give us the subsidies that we deserve, it because we are the foundation of the company and deserve to be accepted and treated well

As CCW I should get my deserved salary for working in the field, I should be appreciated and respect as part of the organization as we are looked down on as nothing just like we are strangers not employees .our voices as CCWs are not heard or rescued , we suffer inside and mentally draining us.
