What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recognize community based Worker, is not easy to work in the sun and any peanut
They need to practice leadership skills they must not be greedy treat all employees equally, with no threats of one to lose their jobs. But with a hand in help to better their employees lives
They need to put selfish motives aside start to regard field workers and respect them very much . They should listen to their advice as their see the challenges face to face as specially Namibia team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Iow salaries for ccw low benefits allowes such as salary, house allowes transport allowes bonus communication pension
The income low and the price in the country very expensive
They don't prioritize that every benefit but only technical advisors, let them give us the subsidies that we deserve, it because we are the foundation of the company and deserve to be accepted and treated well
As CCW I should get my deserved salary for working in the field, I should be appreciated and respect as part of the organization as we are looked down on as nothing just like we are strangers not employees .our voices as CCWs are not heard or rescued , we suffer inside and mentally draining us.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Practice more leadership skills, kind and humanity in employees
They should regards us, mental health as we are dealing with peoples issues and when yours is not solved as an employee it won't make it better but drain our energy
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I think they are doing great work
Act on what they say not false hope.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They need to listen, learn or get advice from their employees or field team as they are the one in contact with the nation more and knows the need and want
They are paying peanuts work we do requires some to be very strong and treated well, so people put up faces but deep down we as employees not happy with our salary as we do not get the reward according to what we do .
