There are major culture clashes between Project 44 and any company they acquire. The leadership is more interested in pointing fingers than solving problems.

CEO is passive aggressive, we have meeting after meeting with after work hours left as the only time to do the job. Sometimes we collaborate to death and other times there is absolutely no collaboration (especially from product)
There are people with limited experience being promoted into senior roles because they have been with the company for a while. But it is a much bigger company now than a year ago and these people don't have the requird experience.
The process has changed completely since I started. It used to be very organized and transparent though.
