Some end to the repeated mass layoffs.

CEO is passive aggressive, we have meeting after meeting with after work hours left as the only time to do the job. Sometimes we collaborate to death and other times there is absolutely no collaboration (especially from product)

There are people with limited experience being promoted into senior roles because they have been with the company for a while. But it is a much bigger company now than a year ago and these people don't have the requird experience.

completely wasted interview process, i have given 6 rounds of interview with VPs but worst hiring process

I went through a recruiter and communication was slow and often incorrect
