Mixed group of very experienced professionals who work very well together and have blended together as a superb team.
My manager is amazing but there is no way to filter the mentality and culture driven by the C and S level people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Used to enjoy benefits of fully remote but their RTO plan is terribly rolled out and has hidden agendas
The health insurance is BCBS, it's good.
Realistic targets have been set, challenging though doable and the compensation package being uncapped.
Base pay is aligned with the market.
The flexible vacation time is nice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart, kind people, although many have been laid off.
All highly motivated, bright, always willing to support and take that additional step to make thing works, and eager delivering outstanding value to our customers and support them in changing the way they run their business.
Diverse group of team members all of the highest quality and integrity.

The process has changed completely since I started. It used to be very organized and transparent though.
Multiple interviews and they were enthusiastic
