Mr. Christopher N. Caton, also known as Chris, serves as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Research at Prologis, Inc. Mr. Caton was an Associate at Morgan Stanley, Research Division. Mr. Caton oversees Prologis's formation of global macroeconomic, capital market and logistics fundamental trends and outlooks. Prior to joining Prologis in 2012, Mr. Caton served as vice president in Morgan Stanley's research department, tracking global commercial real estate and REIT investment environments. At Morgan Stanley, Mr. Caton also served as a Vice President in its private real estate department, researching U.S. and global real estate investment trends. Prior to that, he served at CBRE as part of its investment strategy services group, researching U.S. capital markets and real estate trends. Mr. Caton is a member of the Urban Land Institute and PREA. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Arts in economics from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from the University of Puget Sound.
