What do you like best about the leadership team?
High-quality engaged leadership willing to guide and help their teams.
They value independent thinking and team work, empower people to achieve their best.
Fast paced decision making and OOTB thinking
Majority are very open to feedback and new ideas
they actually care about us as a person
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to prioritize their employees and be realistic with the amount of work their employees can handle. Rolling out new programs and initiatives every month, very difficult to keep up with.
Managers are spread too thin and do not have time to manage and help their Team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock options, Medical, 401k and pay for performance
The compensation packet in it's entirety is great.
Benefits, time off and parental leave.
Performance Bonus % is more than most companies.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A clear understanding of how performance is assessed and what it means for compensation. Higher base comp, and equity to align with industry peers, who earn significantly more for the same role.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Short and effective meetings. Flexibility to attend via Zoom or Team
A lot of turn over, constantly changing teams.
Uniquely different, they are trying to have a diverse group and it’s really happenin
Collaborative and open communication; teamwork
Everyone is super nice, though people need to be more transparent about what's not working
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone is over worked and miss steps and details.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work hard play hard culture
Company culture is all about working together as a team.
Very visible, active senior management that truly cares for the people and the company
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
No work life balance. This company will work you as hard as they can regardless of how much you speak out and say that you're close out burn out.
Hire more staff so that current employees don't have to work over 12 hours a day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Fast decision making, every round of interview was fun. Great discussion
