James W. Green — Managing Director of Global Client Relations at Prologis

Mr. James W. Green, also known as Jim, has been Managing Director of Global Client Relations at ProLogis European Properties Fund since June 2009. Mr. Green serves as the Managing Director of Global Client Relations of Prologis, Inc. Mr. Green served as the Managing Director of Global Client Services at AMB Property Corporation since June 2009. Mr. Green joined AMB Property Corp. in June 29, 2009 and has 26 years of strategic business development, capital raising, and client relationship building experience. He served as the Managing Director and Co-Global Head of Capital Markets & Client Relations at JER Partners L.L.C. Mr. Green shared responsibility for building and managing the JER Partners L.L.C.'s capital markets team while overseeing all investor relations and capital raising activities around the globe. He served as Global Head of Marketing and Client Relations for Citigroup Property Investors and oversaw its institutional, high net worth and retail channels, marketing, and client relations functions. Prior to this, Mr. Green served as Principal at AEW Capital Management L.P. He served as the REIT Product Manager and as a Relationship Manager with responsibility for marketing its investment services and for developing and maintaining client relationships. Mr. Green was a Partner and Managing Director of Marketing at S.B. Carr Investments. He held positions in marketing and asset management at LandVest, Inc., the Bank of Boston, and First Concord Financial Corp. Mr. Green holds a B.A. of Arts degree from Boston College.
