Peter Cassells — Senior Vice President of Private Capital at Prologis

Mr. Peter Cassells has been Senior Vice President of Private Capital at Prologis, Inc since September 2012. Mr. Cassells served as the Chief Executive Officer of ProLogis European Properties Fund since February 2009 until September 2012 and served as its Chief Financial Officer from September 2006 to February 2009. Mr. Cassells served as Chief Financial Officer of ProLogis European since 2012. Mr. Cassells started with ProLogis in 2000 and was responsible for managing investor relations, reporting, treasury and corporate secretarial functions. From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Cassells served as First Vice President and Fund Manager of ProLogis in Europe, responsible for managing PEPR. He worked with Elsag Bailey Process Automation NV and Anglo-American plc in various finance and treasury positions in both Amsterdam and Luxembourg from 1994 to 2000. He is a qualified chartered accountant, having trained and worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Price Waterhouse) in both Dublin and Amsterdam. He qualified as Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) with Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland in 1990 and Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) in 2000. In 1987, Mr. Cassells graduated from University College Dublin (UCD) with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and in 1998 successfully completed Diploma in Professional Accounting, also at UCD.
