Simon Nelson — SVP of Fund Mgmt & Acquisitions - Europe and Head of Asset Mgmt - ProLogis European Properties at Prologis

Mr. Simon Nelson served as the Head of Asset Management for European Properties and Senior Vice President of Fund Management and Acquisitions in Europe of ProLogis since July 2008. Mr. Nelson joined ProLogis in 2001 and was responsible for investment acquisitions in southern Europe. He served as Head of Asset Management at ProLogis European Properties Fund since July 2008. He was responsible for European acquisitions and dispositions while coordinating independent portfolio valuations. Prior to ProLogis, he was a Partner and served as an Investment Director at DTZ in France, where he covered all aspects of commercial real estate investment. He is a UK trained Chartered Surveyor. Mr. Nelson received his M.A. in French and Italian from the University of Edinburgh and his M.Sc. in Property Management and Development from the University of East London.
