It is at market value for like nonprofits.

What compensation? We get nothing to keep us coming to work
Not sure really how to change anything about where I work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My teammates are invested in making a difference for the kids we serve
No one calls in so you don't get stuck doing extra shifts you can't do
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Half of my co workers are not qualified for this job. The other half don't care
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone works hard but supports one another
It's a very laid back environment
