What is the best part about your compensation package?Bonus based on company performance, we all grow as a team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?It is a strong culture and we have a culture wall to inspire us and remind us why we do what we do
What needs to change to make the company culture better?The only thing that matters for the owner of the company is to put money into his pocket. He pretends to care for the employees, but it is all smoke and mirrors.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?It is every man for itself, no empathy with employees.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?Honestly, the company is so great as it is today, that I have nothing to suggest to improve. I just want the executive team to keep doing what they're doing to ensure the culture remains so amazing, open, and collaborative.
