Small town banks turned into PB but didn't lose their small town minds. HR is a joke!
This bank has poor management and extremely old technology for comsumers and employees. They also require the employees to open accounts in order to recieve direct deposit for their paychecks. Otherwise you have to wait a few days in order to get paid. Its crazy!!
They don't really care for their employees. They have a do as I say not as I do mentality
