What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

collaborative team and willingness to think about people

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Teams need to work better together and most employees need to work. Projects are delayed and people pretend they're getting work done but if you look at calendars, so many employees have nothing on them. I will never understand why things are so slow.
