What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the management is pretty good like I said there's just a lot of little extras that happen and it shouldn't happen because we work our little butts off for him to get the recognition I really don't think he deserves it

Yes I do we should be getting paid more
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work really hard where that night shift and it's better than they should we make more packs than the day shift
Collaborative, knowledgeable people except the Manager.

Seeing improvement, seeing positive change.
Coming to work knowing that I'm doing something productive and I work really hard and pull out a lot of packs
