The pay rate, and also they ask you to take 5 days off consecutively so you don't work yourself out.

They are all there for each other! No matter what we have each others back and try to help one another as best as we can.
Diverse team of experience and backgrounds with collaborative spirit.
Great communication between all levels as well as very collaborative environments even in crunch time situations.

What makes you most happy at work?
That I'm away from home. haha my workplace is a home away from home and the headache of everything else I need to deal with on a personal level. Its nice being able to "escape" and get paid for doing so.
New and interesting projects, continuous learning.
Being able to work with an amazing group of people everyday.
