The people are friendly and welcoming most of the time.

Understanding how our competitors are innovating their business processes and offering things to retain employees in a changing and modern job market/industry.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't believe there's a company culture aside from "make us money" and this feels very outdated in many ways. Any attempt at change is met with resistance and no buy-in from the top to implement needed changes. It feels like either you have to accept all of PRA's failings or leave.
