What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are great at working together

Leadership is great... no problems there

I love how it is so convenient
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The new management treats you like a warm body in the position. There is no value for your loyalty and commitment to your position. Reprimands are given for any mistake and put into your personal file. No matter how long you spend here or how well you complete your work PSG will not be a reference.
Been talking about raises for years now but still no action
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is generally welcoming. It's the only good thing about PSG.

They need to learn to complain less
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The teams are very supportive. They are there when you need support and advice.
Everybody is so energetic at work
We are all good friends almost like a family we argue but the work gets done

The flexibility is great but there are tons of jobs with flexibility.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
A coordinator that is kind to employees.
