What is the best part about your compensation package?

Im not sure i have a compensation "package".

Pay is fair. Benefits are good.

Salary and paid time off

Better benefits and raises good insurance and healthcare

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation is below market and HR / Leadership doesn't take issue seriously. Mistakes are often made with bonus payments and no accountability.

The work is worth at least $6k more per year. Ideally someone in this position should be making $15k more per year.
