Consistency & addressing issues head on instead of vague mass emails.
Have better plans for vision, not work arounds to keep the business.
Communication, communication, communication! And transparency.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is below market and HR / Leadership doesn't take issue seriously. Mistakes are often made with bonus payments and no accountability.
The work is worth at least $6k more per year. Ideally someone in this position should be making $15k more per year.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I believe that team work makes the dream work
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Without clear, transparent communication, employees will continue to rumor mill and look over their shoulder.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The wrong people get promoted. The right people get pushed out. No logic to many of the decisions or focus from the company. This is the dark side of private equity.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Would like employees to partake in the success of the company (equity)
