What do you like best about the leadership team?
Compassionate and understanding when things get stressful or overwhelming.
They have in depth experience in the test delivery space and are open to innovation
Leadership is a hard job to do being a leader makes you responsible for others as well as yourself

Im not sure i have a compensation "package".
Pay is fair. Benefits are good.

Ive not found much positives about the team.
Smart people who work together with limited support from management/leadership.
They are helpful, supportive, and knowledgeable.
Thoughtful people trying hard to do the right things, with little to no support from Management or Executives.
They have a deep breadth of knowledge and are willing to help
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Interaction with the customers is the best part.
Flexible working environment with diversity.
My team and manager are understanding, helpful and supportive.
Relaxing and spacious with great views and company functions
There are lots of inclusion activities year round
What did you like most about the interview process?
That it was laid back.
There were only 3 rounds
Having the opportunity to talk to a broad number of people from different parts of the organization.
It was very streamlined and got to pilot the test delivery platform

Few colleagues and the flexibility
I like interacting with clients
Knowing that we are constantly expanding, looking into AI solutions and growing
