Working at Gits is great for fresh graduates but I don't recommend it for a long-term career path. Because most of the scoring system is still subjective

Our leadership team consistently demonstrates a strong commitment to transparency and open communication. They regularly provide updates and feedback to the entire team, which helps us all stay informed and aligned with the company's goals.

The leadership team in each division is different. And not many leaders can actively guide or direct their juniors and many seem passive. Maybe a note to the project owner could guide the flow rather than acting like a client. Very often every team leader seems to have forgotten who is in his team

Our team does not have a leader, especially my division. but every function in our division can do it as well as they can. And this is good for now, but in long term, I can't guarantee that our team can still be running well. So, I still need a figure for a leader for our team.
