    Trapped in the 1990s. Have not embraced AGILE or DevOps. Perform quarterly layoffs, creating high turnover. Are running their whole SaaS environment on a skeleton staff, but keep insisting on grabbing new sales opportunities that require high CapEx and actual engineering to make impossible deadlines.
