Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I want a fair study to be conducted about inflation in Romania, about roles and salary intervals. The percentage we receive as bucket is not even covering the inflation and this makes people gain less and less each year. If the payment equity is a value in PTC, there should be something done.
