What is the best part about your compensation package?

Heavy emphasis on pay-for-performance/outcomes especially as you move into the management team ranks.

Health insurance and retire savings are the best part in my opinion. The match to our 401k contribution ensures me that PCG is invested in my long-term financial health just as much as I am.

As a fist job out of school, the pay was competitive and the benefits were robust. They provided a 401K match AND unexpected holiday bonus!

My salary is the best part of my compensation package but my incentive structure is also great.

Family Fridays off during the summer. PCG Cares to support local and international non-profits. The firm pays the majority of all insurance costs. Basically all the PTO needed to support my health and family.

Bonus and insurance benefits are good.
