One of the best places I've worked that values it's employees just as much as it's clients. I owe a lot of my personal and professional growth to the impact of my experience at PCG.

PCG is a great place to work!

The people on my team are great, including my manager who is actually invested in my growth and personal well being. As a result, I've had access to growth and stretch opportunities ongoing. Unfortunately, that is not always the case: employee experience is heavily dependent on manager style.

I can trust that leadership is doing what's best for the team, our clients, and the firm. I feel extremely inspired by our leadership team and feel very forunate to be lead by such a strong, intelligent, passionate, and innovative team of leaders at PCG.

Leadership is home grown but committed to the public sector. Most have been at the firm for decades. Ultimately, PCG is led by the CEO, President and Founder who is as driven by philanthropy and service as he is growing a successful and dynamic firm.

They're intelligent and fair minded

They listen, learn and problem solve together.

Hiring qualified professionas suited for their roles.

Need to replace team. No support for employees.

Heavy emphasis on pay-for-performance/outcomes especially as you move into the management team ranks.

Health insurance and retire savings are the best part in my opinion. The match to our 401k contribution ensures me that PCG is invested in my long-term financial health just as much as I am.

As a fist job out of school, the pay was competitive and the benefits were robust. They provided a 401K match AND unexpected holiday bonus!

My salary is the best part of my compensation package but my incentive structure is also great.

Family Fridays off during the summer. PCG Cares to support local and international non-profits. The firm pays the majority of all insurance costs. Basically all the PTO needed to support my health and family.

Pay transparency and clearly defined career paths would be an improvement.

Everyone has a chance to contribute and does.

Everyone is so different from their background to how each individual approaches and solves a problem, yet we all are able to come together to reach the same goal and that is providing the best service and solutions possible for our clients.

I enjoy working with my team and get along with them in a social setting also.

PCG was intentional about hiring folks with diverse backgrounds. I loved the team atmosphere and the collaboratove environment. Some of my good friends came from my time at PCG.

They all work hard to make sure the client and each other are successful.

All of the employees with integrity and expertise have left the company. Those that remain are unemployable due to the niche industry. Replacements are incompetent and dangerous to be serving this population.

PCG cares deeply for it's employees and is constantly providing pulse checks to receive feedback on how it can improve it's operations and processes for the success of the overall firm. There is a wide range of expertise amongst employees which creates a more diverse and positive experience.

In the education division, we were making a healthy profit while helping educators and their students become more efficient and effective. As a recent college hire, the unified purpose and youthful environment were energizing and fun!

DEIB is braided into everything we do at PCG. Our client services and quality are supported by DEIB. Our business decisions and fiscal responsibilities are part of our overall DEIB strategy. Teamwork is all about each person bringing their best selves to solve our clients problems.

I am allowed autonomy in my work approach. I can flex my hours as long as I meet or exceed the clients' needs.

Ability to make own schedule and work independently.

The ability to meet with different people at different levels of the organization.

It was basically focused on deciding if the "fit" was correct. The firm and me exploring the mutual interest and areas for growth. It was serious and very deep conversations about our shared responsibilities to support our clients and the people they serve.

Felt comfortable, manager easy to talk to.

Seeing those hired at lower level of the organization be promoted to the management team.

The mission, the products and the impact our work has on the community makes me the most happy.

I really enjoy communicating with and helping people. It is a nice feeling when you can take a big picture idea and make it work.

Restructuring. They need streamlined operations.

They will go bankrupt in due time after losing too many long term contracts, covid and the states not wanting to switch vendors saved them but its only a matter of time
