Seeing those hired at lower level of the organization be promoted to the management team.
The mission, the products and the impact our work has on the community makes me the most happy.
I really enjoy communicating with and helping people. It is a nice feeling when you can take a big picture idea and make it work.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Restructuring. They need streamlined operations.
They will go bankrupt in due time after losing too many long term contracts, covid and the states not wanting to switch vendors saved them but its only a matter of time

Its mission, the opportunity to make an impact in my community and meaningful and challenging work.
We do good work for the public and the people who work here are (generally) really great.
