What is the best part about your compensation package?

3 different tiers of health insurance (first is free), stock options, learning & development stipend ($2k every year), annual vacation bonus, generous parental leave and benefits, good PTO, but mostly the PEOPLE.

The perks and secondary benefits.

Pay is slightly above average from other companies I've worked with.

PulsePoint employees are like family here, everyone is very supportive and encourages each other to make mistakes as long as we are learning
