We work hard so our managers dont. Our bar manager does nothing to improve work flow and comps young patrons regularly

Working at punch bowl is a lot of fun, i enjoy coming in everyday and working with everyone. However recently the managing tean has been olaying favors when it comes down to employee and working events. Its unfair to be treated poorly to those who show up everyday and get their work done
