Standardize the interview process. Some candidates were vetted with 3 interviews, HR coordinator, GM of market, the owner. Others needed 5-7 interviews. The same three + regional leadership, brand leadership, AGM etc. You are asked the same questions in different ways.
Coming to work knowing it would be a challenge but also knowing I would learn knew things
making my guests happy. making good money.
When it is busy and everyone does their part
A lot of customers miss the old punch bowl. It was a place for all people not a generic bunch

Leadership needs updating. Upper management continues to hire inexperienced managers, with aggressive temperament, while providing little training. Company focuses on increasing Yelp review scores and consumer scores to appear more appealing to investors. Focus on internal improvements
