Working at punch bowl is a lot of fun, i enjoy coming in everyday and working with everyone. However recently the managing tean has been olaying favors when it comes down to employee and working events. Its unfair to be treated poorly to those who show up everyday and get their work done
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The tesm lacks communication. There are times where peoole are rotated around during theird shift due to miscommunication through the managers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most positive things isthe server managers is really cool. He is accomidating to our needs. Always looking out for us and what we need
