It was quick and straight forward
Walked in. Got the job.
I appreciated having the two hour shift to see if i enjoy the job.
It was just one step, not a 1st and 2nd and sometimes final interview like some I have been through

Everything. You walk in and your hired
Add some Scenario test maybe
Standardize the interview process. Some candidates were vetted with 3 interviews, HR coordinator, GM of market, the owner. Others needed 5-7 interviews. The same three + regional leadership, brand leadership, AGM etc. You are asked the same questions in different ways.
