Kevin Delane — VP & Head of Worldwide Sales at Pure Storage

Mr. Kevin Delane has been Vice President and Head of Worldwide Sales at Pure Storage, Inc. since June 5, 2017 and served as Vice President of International Sales, Global Accounts and Sp's until June 5, 2017. Mr. Delane leads Pure Storage's continued investments in penetrating Global 1000 Enterprises, expanding and deepening Pure Storage's strategic alliances across leading Independent Software Vendors (ISV's), Hardware companies and Global Systems Integrators and expanding it's rapidly growing Service Provider (think cloud computing) relationships, globally. Mr. Delane served as Vice President of Global Alliances & Business Development at Pure Storage, Inc. Mr. Delane has 19 years in executive roles at EMC and IO, including leading Global Accounts, OEM, Alliances and Systems Integrator GTM teams and serving as the Head of Operations and Integration for Isilon Systems. He has deep experience in delivering a consistent, global customer experience for customers, in creating leverage through the technology ecosystem and in rapidly scaling businesses from hundreds of millions to billions. He served as Vice President of Global Accounts of EMC Corporation. Mr. Delane served as Senior Vice President of Business Operations at Isilon Systems, Inc. Prior to this, he served as Divisional Vice President for New York/New Jersey at EMC, where he managed new vertical market development and opportunities; Area Manager; District Manager; and Account Executive, where he successfully grew and solidified EMC's business with Wall Street customers and large accounts. He joined EMC in 1994 from Interboro Systems Inc., and was previously an Account Executive at Automatic Data Processing. He has been a Member of Partner Advisory Council of CIENA Corp. since May 26, 2009. He served as Senior Vice President of Global Accounts, OEM and Focused Verticals at EMC Corporation. Mr. Delane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Providence College.
