Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very fare about desicsions
Things change a lot which is normal in a young and growing company. Sometimes we do a full rotation which can be a bit frustrating at times, but we're all warned that change is constant at Purple, so at least we all know to expect it.
Genuinely nice people and open & honest
Its global and adds value both professionally and culturally.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
We're still a small-ish start up, so we're not paying as well as Google et al, but its pretty good and when we sell we all share in the profit.
Flexible holidays and you get your birthday off!
Duvet days, birthdays off and flexible working hours. Free bacon sandwiches on Fridays are great too!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like a pay raise
Higher compensation. Currently below market with 20 years experience.

fun, light hearted, get the job done
They always bring food for everyone
All great positive people. We all work hard to achieve and enjoy our success together.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is like family we all get along
I think the company cares about its people as people first and looks to put in place fun activities and events to reward us.
