What is the best part about your compensation package?

It is not based on demography but the skills. Also, it translates well compared to market even when the role is remote. It also includes compensation for remote setup, co-working spaces and what not.

Stock is growing and we have nice perks

Insurance package is very good

Good salary and the company increases your salary on a regular basis, even more based on milestones achieved

I feel that I receive fair compensation for the work I perform and what I bring to the company; I've always been treated right in that regard

it's fair and reasonable considering the market.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The benefits offerings could be better, but we do get unlimited PTO so that kind of balances things out. I haven't made it through a review cycle yet, so it's yet to be seen how raises are handled here.

The total compensation for many technical roles is not competitive with other startups of comparable size. This is making it hard to attract and retain talent.
